Renovatie en uitbreiding eengezinswoning
Een typische modulaire woning uit de jaren 70 was dringend toe aan een grondige verbouwing.
De bestaande aanbouw achteraan en de garage vooraan werden afgebroken om een nieuwe uitbreiding te realiseren en beide volumes compact te houden.
De toegang werd naar de zijgevel verlegd om centraal binnen te komen in een afgesloten zone waarachter zich een open doorlopend interieur bevindt.
De interne opengebroken circulatie zorgt voor een flexibele beleving en tegelijkertijd werd de relatie met de buitenzones versterkt. Het subtiel niveauverschil tussen de woonkeuken en de zithoek zorgt voor een voelbare scheiding, de verbinding naar het bovenliggend verdiep werd verlegd naar de zijdelingse uitbreiding boven de inkom.
